Bag Room

The Bag Room is in Bakkerij 1, next to the Dealer Room and next to the passage from the Horeca Plaza to Bakkerij 2 where the Exp Plaza and the Game Room are. In other words: tyhe bag room is in the heart of the convention. The dressing rooms for visitors are also nearby.

At some locations at the festival you are not allowed to take large(r) luggage items because of security concerns and in any case: it is easier to enjoy the festival without bulky luggage. So leave your suitcases, weekend bags, backpacks, large cosplay attributes and other bulky or fragile luggage in the Bag Room.

The gophers at attendance will accept your items and hand you a numbered retrieval token in return. Using the Bag Room is free of charge. You can change your cosplay costume and add purchased items as often as you like. The Bag Room is open when the festival is open. 

Please close all pockets and straps on your luggage. Make sure things cannot fall out or off your luggage. Ask the gopher for tape or an extra plastic bag if necessary. Also please make everything as easy to handle for the gophers as possible.

Please be on time when picking up your bags on Sunday. And please remember we have house rules for safety reasons; deposit your bags at the Bag Room straight after you arrive at the festival. Security will have to request you to move along if you do not!

Lockers

If you are in a hurry or do not want to risk waiting in line you may want to rent a locker instead of using the Bag Room. This year we only offer the largest size locker:

• Large: 35 x 28 x 50 cm, for € 12,00 per day on Friday and Sunday but € 14,00 on Saturday or € 26,00 for the weekend. The lockers can contain larger bags or for example a helmet.

The lockers will be placed in sight of the Bag room, i.e. also in the center of the festival.

Lockers are on sale though our ticket registration system until the week of the festival. Just before the festival you will get an email containing your locker number and pass-code from eLockers (not from YourTicketProvider). All you need to access your locker. If you do not get this mail or encounter any other problems, the Bag Room crew willn help you.

You will be able to rent lockers during the festival using, but only day lockers will be available during the festival and the lockers will be 2 euros more expensive. You can book lockers during the festival either through a link provided at the location or at the Bag room using either debit cards or cash.
