During the workshop, THE Yakkaiser will guide participants in performing anime-inspired exercises and routines. Whether it's adopting the poses of favorite anime characters or mimicking fighting styles from popular anime series, each exercise is carefully designed to be both fun and effective.

While the exercises will be light, we'll keep the temperature of the day in mind for this workshop.
