Sushi Tasting

Animecon presents for Sushi tasting session very first time in 2025. 
It is sushi demonstration by Taji (our sushi master) and will now reveal his 100%, he call it “signature sushi”. Many people have probably experienced grilled salmon at the end of each and every sushi workshop, it is like that experience but continues for a long time during this sushi tasting. 
Let’s go together on this amazing sushi journey with taji.

Note:
Expected quantity is 10 pieces/guest and max of 25 guests are available on this tasting. 
Each and every pieces are crafted on site, so it will take sometime to get served all.  
Vegetarians are welcome to join, although some items might be repeated. 
Shell fish products may be served. 
If you have an allergy, please let us know beforehand (preferably 1 week before the convention)
It might be difficult to adapt to your request, for example when all items need to be cooked sushi, complete gluten free, complete halal, all vegans.
