Love and Deepspace 2nd anniversary dinner party

Royal Roulette Butler café and Infinitea are combining their strengths and are hosting a dinner party for Love and Deepspace 2nd anniversary. You are invited to join us on this joyful occasion exclusively during Animecon 2026 on Friday. The dinner party will be held in the EXP Hall at the butler café and you have to buy a ticket to attend the party. We do not accept walk-ins. Love and Deepspace cosplay during the event is not mandatory.

The menu consists of a main course (Curry rice with meat or vegetarian option) and a dessert, tailored and themed to the game. As well as a refreshing drink based on the five current love interests. As a thank you, you will also be receiving the first snapshot with guest cosplayer(s) free of charge. Additional printed snapshots can be purchased at the price of 3 euro each (pin only). 

There will be four guest cosplayers posing as Rafayel (IG: Wynter_Phoenix), Zayne (IG: Iisadorax), Sylus (IG: Silasthevirus) and Xavier (IG: Lizzyswonderfulworld). During the session you are free to interact with the cosplayers for a small talk, attempt to win prizes at our mini-claw machine (one price per person) and take photos with them.  

1) After buying an event ticket through AnimeCon website, our butler café staff will contact you through e-mail for your menu preferences as soon as possible*. Please check your mail and/or spam inbox.

2) At the convention, 15-minutes prior to the event, our staff will begin with check-in at the entrance of our café. You will have to show your Animecon event ticket to our staff, after which you will receive an official event ticket from us. Please do not lose this ticket as this is your proof to enter the café when the event starts. We kindly ask you to be on time to ensure smooth operations as this is a time limited event.

3) During the event our butlers will serve the courses and drinks and you will have time to interact with our cosplay guests. Our staff will call you when it is your time for a snapshot. The first snapshot is free of charge. If time allows, you can request for additional snapshots. To ensure the safety of our cosplay guests, there will be a set of poses you can choose from (ex. heart fingers). Requests for other poses will be rejected. 

4) When the event ends, we kindly ask you to follow guidance from our staff and exit the café. We will begin printing the snapshots, and you will be able to pick it up approx. 30 minutes or during the opening hours of our maid & butler café on Saturday and Sunday. 

*Please note that when we do not receive a reply on our request, your menu will be randomized.

This is a family friendly event and we kindly ask you to act accordingly and respectfully. Misbehaviour will come with a first warning. The second warning will be penalized by immediate removal of the event.

Please note that by attending the event, you give us permission to use the photos taken during the event for our social media posts. If by chance, you do not feel comfortable with this, please notify our staff during the event so we can take that into account.

Royal Roulette Butler café en Infinitea bundelen hun krachten en organiseren een diner party for Love and Deepspace hun 2e jubileum. Jij bent uitgenodigd om mee te doen tijdens deze vrolijke gebeurtenis exclusief tijdens AnimeCon 2026 op Vrijdag. De diner party zal plaats vinden in de EXP Hall bij het butler café, je moet een ticket kopen om het evenement bij te wonen. We accepteren gaan walk-ins. Love and Deepspace cosplay tijdens het event is niet verplicht.

Het menu bestaat uit een hoofd gerecht (curry rijst met vlees of vegetarische optie) en een nagerecht op maat gemaakt en gethematiseerd naar de game. Net als een verfrissend drankje gebaseerd op de huidige liefde interesses. Als een bedankje, zal je de eerste foto’s met de gasten cosplayer(s) gratis ontvangen. Extra geprinte foto’s kunnen gekocht worden voor de prijs van 3 euro per stuk (alleen pin).

Er zullen vier gast cosplayers zijn die poseren als Rafayel (IG: Wynter_Phoenix), Zayne (IG:Iisadorax), Sylus (IG: Silasthevirus) en Xavier (IQ: Lizzyswonderfulworld). Tijdens deze sessie ben je vrij om contact te maken met de cosplayers voor een praatje, een poging wagen om prijzen te winnen bij onze mini-claw machine (een prijs per persoon) en om foto’s met hun te maken.

1) Na het kopen van een event ticket via de AnimeCon website, zal ons butler café team contact met jouw opnemen via e-mail voor jouw menu voorkeuren zo snel als mogelijk*. Check alsjeblieft door je mail en/of spam inbox.

 2) Tijdens de conventie, 15-minuten voor het event, zullen onze medewerkers beginnen met het inchecken bij de entree van ons café. Je zal je AnimeCon event ticket moeten laten zien aan onze medewerkers, daarna krijg je van ons een official event ticket. Zorg alsjeblieft dat je ticket niet kwijt raakt aangezien dit bewijs is om het café binnen te komen. Wij vragen je vriendelijk om op tijd te komen zodat alles soepel doorloopt aangezien dit een tijd beperkt event is. 

3) Tijdens het event zullen butlers de gerechten en dranken serveren, je zult dan tijd hebben om met de cosplayers te praten. Onze medewerkers zullen je roepen wanneer het jouw tijd is om een foto te maken. De eerste foto is gratis. Als de tijd het toestaat, kan je vragen om extra foto’s. Om de veiligheid van de cosplay gasten veilig te stellen, zullen er verschillende poses zijn om uit te kiezen (zoals. Hart vingers). Aanvragen voor andere poses zullen afgekeurd worden. 

4) Wanneer het event eindigt, zullen we je vriendelijk vragen om onder de medewerkers hun begeleiding het café te verlaten. Wij zullen beginnen met het printen van de foto’s, en jij kan ze dan ophalen in ongeveer 30 minuten of tijdens de openings tijden van ons maid & butler cafe op zaterdag en zondag. *Let op dat als wij geen antwoord hebben op onze aanvraag, jouw menu willekeurige wordt gekozen.

Dit is een familie vriendelijk event en wij vragen je vriendelijk om je gepast en respectvol te gedragen. Misdragen zal met een waarschuwing komen. De tweede waarschuwing zal gestraft worden met directe verwijdering van het event. Let op dat bij het bijstaan van het event, jij ons toestemming geeft om de gemaakte foto’s tijdens het event voor onze socials te gebruiken. Als je hier niet comfortabel bij voelt, melt het dan alsjeblieft bij onze medewerkers tijdens het event zodat wij hier rekening mee kunnen houden.
